Abstract: Samoa’s Faleolo International Airport (APW) is located along the north-west coast of Upolu Island and operated by Government of Samoa (GoS) through Samoa Airport Authority (SAA). The research addresses the inquiry gap and assessed the overall resilience of SAA and APW using the Action Research Methodology (ARM) where the client (SAA) and its status quo situation is the focus of the research.
