Abstract: The purpose of this research paper is to examine the link between culture and entrepreneurship in Tonga through data collected in surveys from entrepreneurs and university students. In order to explore the literature on anticipation model, this paper empirically examined the entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial intentions and perceived desirability and six cultural dimensions among main ethnic groups in Tonga.
