Abstract: Parental engagement is defined as the co-operation between parents, teachers and school in supporting and improving the learning, development and health of children. There are reports of increasing behavioural issues which indicates limited parental engagement and is a major concern in Primary schools throughout Fiji. This research study aimed to explore perceptions on parental engagement at a rural primary school in Fiji.
