Abstract: This research explores the contribution of two school inputs: the school environment, and the school resources, on the academic performance of secondary students in Kiribati. This research establishes whether each of the two school input factors affect academic performance of secondary students in Kiribati and how the two compare in terms of their power to contribute to academic performance. The research was carried out in the Republic of Kiribati and cover the urban and 4 of the rural islands in the western group.
