Abstract: The purpose of this study was to measure the extent to which school heads exhibited ethical leadership practices in the four case study schools in the Fijian education system. The four primary schools from Western Education Division were selected as the study sites. The data for the study were collected through Ethical Leadership Work Questionnaire, semi structured interviews and document analysis.
